Ingredients:

  • Butter 125 gm
  • Egg yolk 3
  • Lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Cook butter in pan until it makes bubbles.
  2. Now put egg yolks, lemon juice and white pepper in blend and blend it.
  3. Then add hot butter in egg mixture slowly slowly.
  4. Now put this sauce in bowl and cool it.
  5. Then put egg whites and salt in small and dry bowl and beat with electric batter until it becomes foam.
  6. Mix in egg mixture and cool it.
  7. Angel sauce is ready.
