Ingredients:
For Meat Balls:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander 3 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Bread slice 1 soaked in milk
For Rice:
- Rice 2 cups
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
- Saffron crushed 1/4 tsp
- Stock cube 1
- Water 2-1/2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
- For meat balls: Put all ingredients in chopper and grind until smooth.
- Then make meat balls, fry it and keep it aside.
- For rice: Heat butter and oil in frying pan and fry onion and coriander seeds.
- Now put yogurt with coriander, saffron, salt, black pepper, cumin, green chilies, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, stock cube and water.
- When mixture boils, add rice and cook until rice is ready.
- Then put fried meat balls and simmer it.
- In end, take it out in platter and serve it.
