Ingredients:

  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Chicken(boneless) - 1/2 kg
  • Oil - 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices - 1/2 tsp
  • Jafel Jawetri - 2 to 3 pinch
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies - for garnishing 
  • Onions - for garnishing 
  • Tomatoes - for garnishing 
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves - for garnishing 

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and melt it, add oil, chicken, and mix well.
  2. Cover the lid till the water gets evaporated and the chicken turns golden brown.
  3. Now add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, mix spices, jafel jawetri, salt, cover the lid and leave it on dum.
  4. Take it out in a platter and garnish with green chilies, onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
