Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 jug
  • Boiled noodles 200 gm
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Onions 3
  • Mushrooms slice 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Spring onion 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks and beat egg yolks.
  2. Heat oil in pan, fry egg yolks, take it out and cut into stripes.
  3. Now boil stock in pot.
  4. Then add mushrooms, carrot, ginger, chicken mince, salt and black pepper and boil it.
  5. Then dissolve corn flour in water, add in soup gradually, also put soya sauce and spring onion, mix it and cook until it boils.
  6. Now beat egg whites, add gradually and cook until soup is thick.
  7. When soup is thick, add boiled noodles, mix it and take it out in dish.
  8. In end, garnish with fried eggs and serve.
