Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Chicken stock 1-1/2 jug
- Boiled noodles 200 gm
- Eggs 3-4
- Onions 3
- Mushrooms slice 1 cup
- Chopped carrot 1
- Ginger 1 inch
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Spring onion 2-3
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Separate egg whites and egg yolks and beat egg yolks.
- Heat oil in pan, fry egg yolks, take it out and cut into stripes.
- Now boil stock in pot.
- Then add mushrooms, carrot, ginger, chicken mince, salt and black pepper and boil it.
- Then dissolve corn flour in water, add in soup gradually, also put soya sauce and spring onion, mix it and cook until it boils.
- Now beat egg whites, add gradually and cook until soup is thick.
- When soup is thick, add boiled noodles, mix it and take it out in dish.
- In end, garnish with fried eggs and serve.
