Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Warm water to knead

Fajita Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 2 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Jalapeno as required
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put flour, baking powder, wheat flour and salt in bowl.
  2. Also put oil and water, knead it lightly and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Then make 6 portions and roll thick thick rotiyan.
  4. Then keep on tawa and toast it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. For fajita: Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, red pepper, black pepper and lemon juice nicely for 30 minutes in pan.
  6. Then put chicken in 2 tbsp oil and fry until tender.
  7. Now put cream cheese and chicken in roti and then put vegetables.
  8. In end, roll it, grill in oven for 5 minutes until golden, take it out and serve.
