Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Warm water to knead
Fajita Filling:
- Boneless chicken 2 cups
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato 1
- Jalapeno as required
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put flour, baking powder, wheat flour and salt in bowl.
- Also put oil and water, knead it lightly and leave it for 1 hour.
- Then make 6 portions and roll thick thick rotiyan.
- Then keep on tawa and toast it for 2-3 minutes.
- For fajita: Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, red pepper, black pepper and lemon juice nicely for 30 minutes in pan.
- Then put chicken in 2 tbsp oil and fry until tender.
- Now put cream cheese and chicken in roti and then put vegetables.
- In end, roll it, grill in oven for 5 minutes until golden, take it out and serve.
