Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
- Pineapple puree 1 cup
- Condensed milk 4 tbsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
For Pineapple Layer:
- Pineapple cubes 1 cup
- Pineapple jelly 1 packet
For Butter Scotch Sauce:
- Butter 2 oz
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Butter scotch essence few drops
Method:
- Make custard and cool it.
- Now put condensed milk, pineapple puree and cream and cook for butter scotch in sauce pan until thick.
- Then take it out and cool it.
- For assemble: Spread layer of custard in bottom of dessert bowl.
- Then make thick layer of pineapple chinks.
- Now put butter scotch sauce.
- Then cover with pineapple chunks.
- Now make layer again and serve cold.
