Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ridge gourd 1/2 kg
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Cardamom 6
  • Cloves 6
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put bay leaves, cumin, cardamom, cloves and fenugreek leaves.
  2. When fragrance comes, add mince and roast it nicely.
  3. Now put onion, tomato, ridge gourd, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and chili powder and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add yogurt, green chilies, lemon juice and green coriander, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.
