Rice Chopsuey by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Boiled rice 250 gm
  • Cabbage slice half
  • Green beans 150 gm
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Carrot slice 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube 1-2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions 3-4 sticks
  • Sesame seeds oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil noodles, strain it and fry it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, put onion and ginger garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Then add green beans, carrot and spring onion and cook for 5-7 minutes on high flame.
  4. Now add chicken cube, black pepper, salt, soya sauce and water as required and mix it.
  5. Then add sesame seed oil and cabbage and mix it.
  6. Then add rice and mix it.
  7. In end, spread fried noodles on platter, put rice chopsuey mixture on top and serve.
