Ingredients:
- Fish fillets 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
For Batter:
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chilled water 1 cup
Method:
- Put all ingredients of batter in bowl and make batter.
- Now marinate fish with salt, white pepper, mustard powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- Then heat oil in wok (karahi pan).
- Then dip marinated fish in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- In end, serve with ketchup and french fries.
