Cheesy Chili Poppers by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
For Batter:
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Chilled milk 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
For Filling:
- Cream cheese 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Cut green chilies from center and take out it seeds.
- For batter: Put all ingredients in bowl and make batter.
- Now put cream cheese, vinegar, mayonnaise and red pepper in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then fill this mixture in green chilies, dip in batter and coast with bread crumbs.
- Then cool it for a while and deep fry until light golden.
