Cheesy Chili Poppers by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Green chilies 15

For Batter:

  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chilled milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Cut green chilies from center and take out it seeds.
  2. For batter: Put all ingredients in bowl and make batter.
  3. Now put cream cheese, vinegar, mayonnaise and red pepper in bowl and mix it nicely.
  4. Then fill this mixture in green chilies, dip in batter and coast with bread crumbs.
  5. Then cool it for a while and deep fry until light golden.
