Beef Teriyaki by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Bones 1 chicken
  • Ginger 4-5 pieces
  • Garlic 15 cloves
  • Suree dark soya sauce 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut beef into long pieces.
  2. Now marinate beef with salt, Chinese salt and white pepper in big bowl.
  3. Now put bones, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, sugar and water in pot and cook until half quantity remains.
  4. Now strain ginger garlic from this mixture and keep again on stove.
  5. Put corn flour in small bowl, dissolve in water and add in mixture.
  6. Sauce is ready.
  7. Heat oil in another pot and roast marinated beef for 10 minutes.
  8. Beef tender, mix sauce nicely and close stove.
  9. In end, garnish with green onion and serve.
