Beef Teriyaki by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Teriyaki Sauce:
- Bones 1 chicken
- Ginger 4-5 pieces
- Garlic 15 cloves
- Suree dark soya sauce 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut beef into long pieces.
- Now marinate beef with salt, Chinese salt and white pepper in big bowl.
- Now put bones, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, sugar and water in pot and cook until half quantity remains.
- Now strain ginger garlic from this mixture and keep again on stove.
- Put corn flour in small bowl, dissolve in water and add in mixture.
- Sauce is ready.
- Heat oil in another pot and roast marinated beef for 10 minutes.
- Beef tender, mix sauce nicely and close stove.
- In end, garnish with green onion and serve.
