Dahi Salad by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion (red or white) 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cilantro as required

Method:

  1. Chop lettuce and put in big bowl with onion, cucumber, tomato and green chilies.
  2. Now add yogurt and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put salt, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper and chili powder and mix it nicely,
  4. In end, put fresh cilantro.
