Chicken Mirch Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 4
- Capsicum 1 slices
- Green chilies 4 sliced
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in wok, put whole spices, cumin seeds and onion and cook until light golden.
- Then add chicken, garlic paste, chili powder, red pepper, coriander crushed, turmeric, black pepper, salt, all spice and tomatoes, cover it and cook until chicken is ready.
- Now put cream, yogurt, sugar and capsicum.
- in end, add chopped coriander and take it out.
