Tikka Macaroni Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Capsicum 1
- Onion slice 1
- Tomato slice 1
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- Boiled macaroni 1 cup
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Bake parlor tikka macaroni masala 1 sachet
Method:
- Marinate chicken with macaroni masala.
- Now heat oil in pan, put marinated chicken and cook for a while.
- Now add capsicum and tomato, mix it and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Put ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar and soya sauce and mix it.
- Now put boiled rice in dish.
- Put macaroni on it.
- Now put chicken mixture.
- Then put sauce.
- Garnish with green coriander and green chilies and serve.
