Chicken Sabut Masoor by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled split gram 375 gm
  • Chopped tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and put ginger garlic paste.
  2. When fragrance comes, add chicken.
  3. Also put tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and salt and cover it.
  4. When chicken tender, put split gram and milk and cover it for 10 minutes
  5. In end, put green chilies and mint leaves.
  6. Chicken sabut masoor is ready.
