Chicken Sabut Masoor by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled split gram 375 gm
- Chopped tomatoes 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 2 tsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 8
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat ghee and put ginger garlic paste.
- When fragrance comes, add chicken.
- Also put tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and salt and cover it.
- When chicken tender, put split gram and milk and cover it for 10 minutes
- In end, put green chilies and mint leaves.
- Chicken sabut masoor is ready.
