       TAZA SINGHARAY KI CHAAT

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boiled chestnut: 1/2 kg
  • Boiled chick peas: 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes: 1
  • Chopped tomatoes: 1
  • Chopped onion: 1/2
  • Chopped cucumber: 1
  • Chopped coriander: 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chiles: 2-3
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Lemon juice: 2-3 tbsp
  • Chaat masala: 1tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except yogurt and chaat masala.
  2. Ath end pour yogurt ion it and sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

         SHAKARKANDI KI KHEER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sweet potatoes: 500 gm
  • Milk: 1 litre
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Screw pine essence: few drops
  • Almond pishtachio: as required

METHOD:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes and make paste .
  2. Heat milk and dissolve sugar in it, now add sweet potatoes paste in it and cook.
  3. When it starts to thick add few drops of screw pine essence.
  4. Dish out and serve by garnishing alamond and pishtachio.
