Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken fillet 6
- Lemon zest 4
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Beaten egg 2
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut chicken fillet from center, smash it lightly and mix salt.
- Now mix bread crumbs and lemon zest nicely and keep it aside.
- Then mix flour, black pepper, corn flour, salt and baking powder in dish.
- Now take one fillet, coat with masala and dip in beaten egg.
- Then coat with masala and dip again in eggs.
- Coat with bread crumbs like this method 3-4 times.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry fillet until golden.
- When serve, put some lemon zest and serve with french fries and tomato ketchup.
