Ingredients:
- Mutton meat 1/2 kg
- Goat feet 2
- Onion chopped 2
- Kunna masala 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Roasted flour 2 tbsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger Julian as required
- Black cumin seeds for garnish
- Salt as required
Method:
- For kunna: Make stock of goat feet and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in matki and fry onion until light brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton and fry it.
- Then put kunna masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder and roast for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add stock and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender, add salt and mix it.
- Now dissolve roasted flour in water and add it.
- Thick gravy and dish out it.
- Sprinkle black cumin, garnish with ginger and serve.
