Fajita Spaghetti by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in boiled water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
  2. Now drain hot water, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan, put garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then put chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. In end, take out onion from pot and serve hot.
  6. Now add masala mix and fry more for 1 minute.
  7. Then add corn flour in water, stir it by spoon and put in fry pan slowly slowly.
  8. Then add capsicum and onion and cook more for 1 minute.
  9. Then mix tomato and spaghetti nicely and serve hot.
