Fajita Spaghetti by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 2
- Cooking oil 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Water 3 cups
- Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil spaghetti in boiled water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
- Now drain hot water, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan, put garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Then put chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
- In end, take out onion from pot and serve hot.
- Now add masala mix and fry more for 1 minute.
- Then add corn flour in water, stir it by spoon and put in fry pan slowly slowly.
- Then add capsicum and onion and cook more for 1 minute.
- Then mix tomato and spaghetti nicely and serve hot.
