Inngredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Make layer of half mutton in pot and put 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 onion.
  2. Then make one more layer of meat.
  3. Now put 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 onion, cover it and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
  4. In end, take out onion from pot and serve hot.
