Inngredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Salt 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Make layer of half mutton in pot and put 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 onion.
- Then make one more layer of meat.
- Now put 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 onion, cover it and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
- In end, take out onion from pot and serve hot.
