Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Coconut milk 1 tin
- Parsley or Green coriander 1 bunch
- Capsicum 1
- Bay leaves 1
- Green onions 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Lemon grass 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Now do flame low and put coconut milk, cumin, bay leaves and salt.
- When it boils, add capsicum, green onion and rice and mix it.
- Then put lemon grass, black pepper, parsley or green coriander and mix it.
- Then close stove after 5 minutes.
- Malaysian coconut rice is ready.
