TAWA FRY MASH KEEMA INGREDIENTS: Bengal Gram : 250 gm Beef mince: 500 gm Chopped garlic: 4-5 cloves Chopped onions: 2 Tomatoes: 3 Black pepper: 1tsp Cumin seed: 1 TSP Coriander seed: 1 tsp Black cardamoms: 3-4 Cinnamon sticks: 2-3 Cloves: 4-5 Bay leaves: 2-3 Crushed red chili: 1 tbsp Turmeric powder: 1tsp Green chilies: 5-6 Fresh corinader: 1/2 bunch Ginger: 1 Clarified butter: 3-4 tbsp Salt: to taste METHOD: Hard boil bengal garm. Now pour clarified butter on a iron pan and add cinnamon, cardamaoms, bay leaves, cloves and fry them, noe add garlic cloves and oinion and fry again. When onion turns brown add beef mince and fry. Now add red chili, corinader seeds, balck pepper, turmeric powder and tomatoes and cook. Now add bengal gram. When ready dish out and garnish with sliced ginger and corinader. MURGH MAKHAN WALA INGREDIENTS: Chicken: 1/2 kg Chopped onion: 1 Garlic paste: 1tbsp Green chili paste: 2tbsp yogurt: 1 cup All spice powder: 1 tsp Black pepper: 1tsp Red chili powder: 1 tsp Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp Butter: 3-4 tbsp Cream: 1/2 cup Green chilies:5-6 Butter: 1/2 cup Oil: 2 tbsp Salt: to taste METHOD: In a pot fry ginger garlic paste, butter and onion, now cook chicken in it. Now add green chili paste, all spice powder, black pepper, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt and yogurt and cook all together. Now add water in it and add butter and cream in it when chicken is fully cooked and leave it to cook on a light flame. Dish out and serve by pouring butter on it. SABZI SOUP INGREDIENTS: Mix vegetables: 500 gm Tomatoes: 5-6 Chopped garlic: 4-5 Black pepper: 1tsp Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder: 1/3 tsp Chicken stoc: as required Butter: as required Oil: 2tbsp Salt: to taste Cream: for garnish METHOD: Chop all mix vegetables. Peel of the tomatoes by adding them in to warm water and blend them in blender by with chicken stock and make a paste. Now in a pan add oil, garlic cloves and tomatoe paste then add mix vegetables and cook on a light flame. When cooked dish out. Then add black pepper, salt, turmeric powder, cinnamon seeds, and butter in it. Garnish with cream and serve.
