Ingredients:
- Brain 1
- Lemons 2
- Chopped onions 3
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
To Boil Brain:
- Black peppercorn 4
- Garlic 4 cloves
Method:
- Put brain, black peppercorn and garlic in pot and boil it.
- Then clean it nicely and do small small pieces.
- Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown, take out half onion and spread on tissue.
- Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and turmeric and put in half onion.
- Now roast it nicely and add brain. Don't stir it.
- Hold pot with cloth and shake it.
- When oil comes up, put lemon juice, salt, 1 tbsp ginger,2 green chilies and 1/2 bunch green coriander and simmer it for 2 minutes.
- In end, put 1 tbsp ginger and 1/2 bunch green coriander, 2 green chilies and fried onion and serve it.
