Ingredients:

  • Brain 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

To Boil Brain:

  • Black peppercorn 4
  • Garlic 4 cloves

Method:

  1. Put brain, black peppercorn and garlic in pot and boil it.
  2. Then clean it nicely and do small small pieces.
  3. Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown, take out half onion and spread on tissue.
  4. Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and turmeric and put in half onion.
  5. Now roast it nicely and add brain. Don't stir it.
  6. Hold pot with cloth and shake it.
  7. When oil comes up, put lemon juice, salt, 1 tbsp ginger,2  green chilies and 1/2 bunch green coriander and simmer it for 2 minutes.
  8. In end, put 1 tbsp ginger and 1/2 bunch green coriander, 2 green chilies and fried onion and serve it.
