Ingredients:
- Mutton liver 1-1/2 kg
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Crush garlic, put in liver and keep for 10 minutes.
- Now wash with cold water, keep in strainer, so that water drain nicely.
- Then put liver in wok.
- Also add red chili, ginger garlic paste and vinegar and cook on low flame.
- When water dries, put black pepper and cumin, roast it lightly and add oil.
- Then put lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies and salt and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or naan.
