Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
For Batter:
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Cold water as required
- Fried to serve
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, vinegar and chili sauce.
- Then dip in batter and then roll in dry flour.
- Repeat this method again.
- Now deep fry it until crisp and golden.
- Then remove from stove and serve with fries.
