Pepper Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
For Masala:
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4 sliced
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 15
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt, ginger garlic, turmeric and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- Now heat oil, put onion, green chilies, black pepper and curry leaves and fry it nicely.
- Now add coconut milk and marinated fish and simmer it.
- In end, garnish with some more fresh curry leaves.
