Pepper Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Masala:

  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4 sliced
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, ginger garlic, turmeric and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put onion, green chilies, black pepper and curry leaves and fry it nicely.
  3. Now add coconut milk and marinated fish and simmer it.
  4. In end, garnish with some more fresh curry leaves.
