Hara Masala Keema by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onions 250 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 12
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mince with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.
- Now roast it in hot oil on high flame.
- Then crush cumin, whole coriander and green chilies and add it.
- Then cut onion finely like omelet and put it.
- Also put all spice powder, chili powder, black pepper and green coriander and simmer it.
- Close stove after 10 minutes, take out in dish, sprinkle chopped garlic and serve it.
