Pineapple Dessert by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Pineapple jelly 1 packet
• Cream 1 packet
• Pineapple chunks 1 cup
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
• Biscuit 10
• Vanilla essence few drops
  

Method:

1. Add 2 cups water in pineapple jelly, cook it, cool it and cut into pieces.
2. Now beat pineapple juice, cream and vanilla essence.
3. Then put this three ingredients with pineapple chunks, yogurt and biscuit in bowl and mix it.
4. In end, keep in freezer for 1 hour and serve chill.
