Steamed Fish Balls by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 300 gm
- Chopped onion 1
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion 2-3
- Green chilies 2-3
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
Method:
- Put all ingredients except lettuce leaves in chopper and make paste.
- Now make balls and steam in steamer.
- Then take it out and fry in little oil if wanted.
- In end, serve with lettuce leaves.
