Bihari Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Blend onion, ginger garlic paste, papaya and yogurt in blender.
- Now marinate mutton with this mixture.
- Then add salt, all spice and red pepper and keep for 2-3 hours.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry mutton for 30 minutes with cover on low flame.
- Serve with green chilies, onion rings and green coriander.
