Bihari Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Blend onion, ginger garlic paste, papaya and yogurt in blender.
  2. Now marinate mutton with this mixture.
  3. Then add salt, all spice and red pepper and keep for 2-3 hours.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and fry mutton for 30 minutes with cover on low flame.
  5. Serve with green chilies, onion rings and green coriander.
