Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 3-5
  • Yogurt 1
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 4

Method:

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight. Now boil it.
  2. Then blend fist chickpeas in blender.
  3. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
  4. Then add white cumin and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes tender.
  5. Now put chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and yogurt and cook until separates and comes on top.
  6. Then put stock and cook until thick.
  7. Now put in dish and put boiled eggs.
  8. Also put remaining chickpeas and serve.
