Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 3-5
- Yogurt 1
- White cumin 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Boiled eggs 4
Method:
- Soak chickpeas overnight. Now boil it.
- Then blend fist chickpeas in blender.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
- Then add white cumin and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes tender.
- Now put chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and yogurt and cook until separates and comes on top.
- Then put stock and cook until thick.
- Now put in dish and put boiled eggs.
- Also put remaining chickpeas and serve.
