Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (1 inch cube) 2
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger slice 1 inch
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft.
  2. Now put cumin, green chili and ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add potatoes, cauliflower and tomato and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put salt, red chili, turmeric with 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until it is ready.
  5. Now add yogurt and cover it again.
  6. Then put ginger and coriander and serve with puri.
