Ingredients:
- Potatoes (1 inch cube) 2
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Green chili 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger slice 1 inch
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Tomato 1
- Coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft.
- Now put cumin, green chili and ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add potatoes, cauliflower and tomato and fry it nicely.
- Then put salt, red chili, turmeric with 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until it is ready.
- Now add yogurt and cover it again.
- Then put ginger and coriander and serve with puri.
