Ingredients:
- Keema 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Potatoes 1-2
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Garam Masala Ingredients:
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 tbsp
- Cardamoms3-4
- Small cardamom 3-4
- Cinnamon 3-4 sticks
- Nutmeg 1
- Mace 1-2 tbsp
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Eggs boiled & slices 2-3
- Egg 1
Method:
- Put vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, potatoes, onion and mint leaves in keema.
- Now put water and boil keema.
- Then take out potatoes and keema, mash potatoes nicely and mix in keema nicely.
- Now add beaten egg and mix it.
- Now spread mixture in hand, keep egg slice and give shape of cutlets.
- Now fry all squaches in hot oil and serve with ketchup.
