Grill Chicken Balls With Red Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Chicken Balls:
- Chicken mince 700 gm
- Eggs 1-2
- Chopped garlic 8-10
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Green chilies 4-5
- Spring onion 3-4
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Red sauce 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- BBQ sticks as required
- Lettuce as required
- Lemon as required
- Spring onion 1 bunch
Method:
- Put mince, eggs, garlic, black pepper, white pepper, bread crumbs, green chilies, Chinese salt and salt in chopper, mix it and make paste.
- Now make balls of this mixture, skew in bbq sticks and tie edges with 3-4 spring onion.
- Fry lightly in oil or bake it.
- Then take it out and put in serving platter.
- For sauce: Heat oil and roast red sauce.
- Then add honey and mix it.
- Now add stock and cook it.
- Then add lemon juice and mix it.
- Then put on chicken balls and garnish with green onion.
