Ingredients:
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
- Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp
- Egg 1/2
- Bread 1 large slice
- Cream 1 tbsp
- Burger buns 2
- Cheese slice 2
- Mushrooms 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- French fries to serve
Method:
- Marinate mince with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, siracha sauce, hoisen sauce and egg, make patti and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil, fry onion until light golden, put brown sugar, salt, black pepper, hoisen sauce and dissolved corn flour and mix it.
- Then heat burger buns, put cheese slice and keep beef patti.
- Now again put cheese slice with sauted mushrooms, cover with bun and serve with french fries.
