Fish & Tamarind Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Fish fillets 1/2 kg
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic crushed 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Salt as required
Method:
- For tamarind sauce: Put 1-1/2 cup water, tamarind pulp and 6 tbsp sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put 3 tbsp coriander and 2 tbsp corn flour and make sauce thick.
- For fish: Marinate fish with with salt, white pepper, chicken powder, egg, flour and corn flour.
- In end, deep fry fish in hot oil.
