Ingredients:

  • Butter softened 6 oz
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Orange marmalade 3 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Self raising flour 6 oz
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Orange peel 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grease muffin tray and keep muffin cups.
  2. Put sugar, butter, orange marmalade, eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla essence and beat for 1 minute until light and creamy.
  3. Now put in muffin cups, put orange peel, bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees, take it out and serve.
