Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
  • Water 1 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

For Batter:

  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with all ingredients until chicken tender and water dries.
  2. For batter: Make batter of all ingredients with cold water.
  3. Now dip chicken in batter and deep fry in oil until crisp.
