Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
- Water 1 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
- Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
For Batter:
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil chicken with all ingredients until chicken tender and water dries.
- For batter: Make batter of all ingredients with cold water.
- Now dip chicken in batter and deep fry in oil until crisp.
