Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Maida 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boiled beef mince 200 gm
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Split bengal gram 1/2 cup
- Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 5-6
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add maida, ghee and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and knead it.
- Now boil mince with garlic and strain it.
- Then add bengal gram, mince, cumin, red chilies and salt in chopper and grind it.
- Then make small small portions on kneaded flour, fill with gram mixture and leave it for a while.
- Then roll it.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry kachori on low flame, take it out and serve hot.
