Ingredients:

  • Big green chilies 250 gm
  • Boiled potatoes 2-3
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes and mix chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt and tamarind pulp in it.
  2. Now mark cut in center of green chilies and put salt.
  3. After some while fill chilies with potatoes mixture.
  4. Then mix water with gram flour and make thick batter.
  5. Now heat oil in pan.
  6. Dip green chilies in gram flour mixture and fry in hot oil.
  7. Then take it out in serving dish and serve hot.
