Ingredients:

For Tikki:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 1 cup

For Masala:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For tikki: Cut boiled potatoes into pieces, put gram flour, green chilies, salt and black pepper, mix it, fry in hot oil and take it out.
  2. For masala: Heat oil and put onion.
  3. When onion is brown, put tomatoes, chaat masala, salt and green chilies and roast it.
  4. Now add tamarind pulp and keep kabab.
  5. When kabab becomes red from one side, do red on second side and sprinkle green coriander.
