Ingredients:
For Tikki:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted gram flour 1 cup
For Masala:
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Green coriander 4 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- For tikki: Cut boiled potatoes into pieces, put gram flour, green chilies, salt and black pepper, mix it, fry in hot oil and take it out.
- For masala: Heat oil and put onion.
- When onion is brown, put tomatoes, chaat masala, salt and green chilies and roast it.
- Now add tamarind pulp and keep kabab.
- When kabab becomes red from one side, do red on second side and sprinkle green coriander.
