Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Bread slices 2-3
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Black pepper 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mix roasted gram, poppy seeds, white cumin, black cumin, small cardamom, black pepper and cloves and grind finely.
  2. Now add mince and bread slices and grind finely in chopper.
  3. Then put cream, salt and red chili powder and mix it nicely.
  4. Then mix seekh kabab masala, egg, papaya paste and green chilies, knead it nicely and leave it for a while.
  5. Now grease hands, put kabab on seekh and roast on stove or make shape of seekh kabab and roast on frying pan with little oil.
  6. Then keep in wide dish and simmer it for a while.
  7. Serve kabab with hot parathay.
