Fish Tikka Shashlik by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Capsicum 2
For Marination:
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Orange color 1 pinch
For Topping:
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves few
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, curd, vinegar, corn flour, cream and orange color in mix and leave for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in pan.
- Then skew fish, onion, tomato and capsicum in wooden skewers and grill for 10 minutes.
- When ready, put chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve.
