Ingredients:

  • Whole meal flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Oat meal 1-1/2 cup
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Soda bicarb 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Strain flour and oat meal in processor.
  2. Mix bread crumbs with butter.
  3. Now put soda, sugar and salt and mix it.
  4. Then put milk, make dough, wrap with foil and keep in cold place for 30 minutes.
  5. Now heat oven on 170 degrees C.
  6. Then spread 4 inch dough on baking tray.
  7. Now give shape of biscuit and mark cuts with fork.
  8. Now bake it for 15 minutes, put melted chocolate and serve.
