Red Beans Cream Salad by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Boiled red beans 2 cup
• Cucumber 2
• Tomatoes 2
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Green coriander 2 tbsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Put cream, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, black pepper, salt, sugar and lemon juice in bowl and mix it.
2. Put red beans, cucumber and tomatoes and ready sauce in another bowl and mix it nicely.
3. Red beans cream salad is ready.
