               MACHLI KI CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fish pakoras- as required
  • Sour yogurt- 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour- 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seed- 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger- 1 inch piece
  • Green Chilies- 2-3
  • Curry Leaves- 10-12
  • Oil- 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD:

TO MAKE CURRY:
  1. Pour sour yogurt in a bowl, now add gram flour, salt and turmeric powder in it and mix.
  2. Now ry cumin seed in oil, now grill green chilies and ginger in it.
  3. Now add curry leaves, red chili powder and yogurt mixture in it and cook until curry is ready.
  4. Now add machli pakoras in it and serve hot.

                  MACHLI KY PAKORAY

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bonless fish- 500 gm
  • Gram flour- 250 gm
  • Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds- 1 pinch
  • Chopped corinader- 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies- 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil- for fry
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD:

  1. In a mixing bowl add bonless fish, gram flour, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seed, carom seeds, corinader, green chilies, baking soda and salt and make a mixture.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and fry mixture in pakoras form.
  3. Dish out and serve hot.

                    MACHLI KI CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bonless fish- 250 gm
  • Garlic- 5-6  cloves
  • Gralic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Onion(sliced)- 1
  • Red chiles- 5-6
  • Chopped Corinader- 1 bunch
  • Green chiles- 2-3
  • Chopped onion- 2-3
  • Taramind pulp- 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1tbsp
  • Chinese salt- 1/3 tsp
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD;

  1. Foment garlic cloves, slices onions and red chilies.
  2. Now crispy fry bonless fish by adding salt and garlic paste.
  3. Now in a blender jug add garlic, onion, red chili, coriander, green onion, chopped green chili, taramind paste, lemon juice, chinese salt and salt and blend together.
  4. Now serve with tomato, carrot and cucumber.
