Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2-3
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in mince.
  2. Now heat griller, grease it and spread masala keema.
  3. When water of mince dries from top, put oil and serve hot.
