Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2-3
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in mince.
- Now heat griller, grease it and spread masala keema.
- When water of mince dries from top, put oil and serve hot.
