Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk to knead
For Filling:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- For dough: Put yeast, salt, butter and milk in flour, knead it and leave for 30 minutes.
- For filling: Fry spinach in hot oil and take it out.
- Then add garlic, cumin and green chilies and mix it.
- Then make small small rotiyan of kneaded flour, put spinach mixture, fold like moon shape and press edges.
- In end, fry in hot oil.
