Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk to knead

For Filling:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. For dough: Put yeast, salt, butter and milk in flour, knead it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. For filling: Fry spinach in hot oil and take it out.
  3. Then add garlic, cumin and green chilies and mix it.
  4. Then make small small rotiyan of kneaded flour, put spinach mixture, fold like moon shape and press edges.
  5. In end, fry in hot oil.
