Peshawari Karahi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Meat 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 4
- Chopped tomato 1/2
- Yogurt beaten 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4-6
- Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
- Peshawari karahi masala 1 packet
Method:
- Heat ghee and fry onion on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Now add meat, tomato and karahi masala and roast for 5-6 minutes.
- Then put 1-2 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
- Then add butter and roast on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Now put green chilies, green coriander and yogurt and roast until masala leaves ghee.
- In end, serve karahi with hot hot naan.
