Chocolate Souffle by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 6 oz
- Coco powder 1 tbsp
- Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Fresh cream whipped 8 oz
Method:
- Mix egg yolks with 3 oz sugar in pan.
- Now mix coco powder and milk on low flame until thick.
- Then remove from stove and put gelatin powder and vanilla essence.
- Then beat egg whites and 3 oz sugar until stiff.
- Now fold chocolate custard in it.
- Then also mix fresh cream.
- Then put in mold and keep in freezer for 2 hours till it sets.
- In end, decorate with fresh cream and platter and serve.
